Remote & Regional Areas
Please note that remote and regional areas may incur additional shipping surcharges due to higher courier fees. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control as a small family business.
- If your address falls within a remote or regional zone, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch.
- You will then have the option to:
- Proceed with the order by covering the surcharge, or
- Provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., metro location) that may qualify for free shipping, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund.
