Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

If you are located outside these countries, we are happy to give you a quote for international shipping individually. Please note that our products are bulky and shipping can be quite costly. Please email us at info@kiddokarnage.com.au with the products you would like to purchase and we will quote you the shipping costs.

Australia

Free shipping for purchases over $320 Australia Wide.

Flat rate shipping within Australia of all play table purchase of $29.90.

Flat rate shipping of single/multiple panels and accessories within Australia of $15.90.

New Zealand

Flat rate shipping of Play Tables to New Zealand is $69.90 AUD per table.

Flat rate shipping to NZ on bundles of $49.90 per bundle.

Flat rate shipping of single/multiple panels and accessories to New Zealand of $29.90.

Your order is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

Please ensure that your details and address is correct as we do not offer refunds if wrong details or address is entered.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical shipping address must be provided.

If you live in very remote/rural areas, surcharges may apply and you will be notified via email.

Deliveries are made by courier service Monday through to Friday only. Please ensure your postal address is a residential address or business address only. Please ensure that for authority to leave shipments, that you have a safe place at your address for the product to be left. We are not responsible for re-delivery fees if your address is difficult to locate or you do not have a safe area for the item(s) to be placed. In such circumstances, you may need to go to the Depot to pick up the order.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery and notify us if you have not received your orders after 21 days of purchase with your order and tracking number.

If your order arrives and there is no one home to receive it or there is nowhere safe to drop the item(s), a notification will be left in your mailbox. You can make further arrangements for re-delivery or pick up directly with the courier service. Please be aware, the courier cannot guarantee re delivery on a specific date. This is out of our hands and we do not take responsibility for delayed re deliveries. If an item is not picked up in the specified time frame and is subsequently returned to us, you will be required to pay any additional fees to redelivery.
