Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore only.

If you are located outside these countries, we are happy to give you a quote for international shipping individually. Please note that our products are bulky and shipping can be quite costly. Please email us at info@kiddokarnage.com.au with the products you would like to purchase and we will quote you the shipping costs.

* Please note that for all international orders, local customs duties/taxes/GST will be at buyer’s expense. This varies with different countries.

Australia

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $350.

Flat rate shipping within Australia of all play table purchase of $42.90.

Flat rate shipping of accessories within Australia of $19.90.

Flat rate shipping of single/multiple panels within Australia of $22.90

Remote & Regional Areas

Please note that remote and regional areas may incur additional shipping surcharges due to higher courier fees. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control as a small family business.

  • If your address falls within a remote or regional zone, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch.
  • You will then have the option to:
    • Proceed with the order by covering the surcharge, or
    • Provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., metro location) that may qualify for free shipping, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund.

Order Weight & Bulky Items

Our products are designed to be sturdy, which makes them heavier than typical toys. For example:

  • Each Karnage Play Table set weighs approximately 30kg.
  • Orders of multiple sets will be shipped together, which may further affect freight costs to remote locations.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability.

We truly value your support and understanding. As a small family-owned business, we do our best to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Delivery is usually 5-10 business days within Australia and may take longer if you live remotely. If you are purchasing for a birthday/Christmas or other special occasions and will need the products to arrive on time, please order early to avoid disappointment.

New Zealand and Singapore

Flat rate shipping of Play Tables to New Zealand is $109.00 and for Singapore $120.00 AUD per table.

Flat rate shipping on bundles to New Zealand is $89.90 and for Singapore $120.00 AUD per bundle.

Flat rate shipping of single/multiple panels and accessories of $39.90.

GST is not applicable for New Zealand and Singapore purchases and prices are the same with GST inclusive of Australian purchases.

Delivery can be up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location for New Zealand and Singapore orders.

Your order is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

Please ensure that your details and address is correct as we do not offer refunds if wrong details or address is entered.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical shipping address must be provided.

If you live in very remote/rural areas, surcharges may apply and you will be notified via email.

Deliveries are made by courier service Monday through to Friday only. Please ensure your postal address is a residential address or business address only. Please ensure that for authority to leave shipments, that you have a safe place at your address for the product to be left. We are not responsible for re-delivery fees if your address is difficult to locate or you do not have a safe area for the item(s) to be placed. In such circumstances, you may need to go to the Depot to pick up the order.

If your order arrives and there is no one home to receive it or there is nowhere safe to drop the item(s), a notification will be left in your mailbox. You can make further arrangements for re-delivery or pick up directly with the courier service. Please be aware, the courier cannot guarantee re delivery on a specific date. This is out of our hands and we do not take responsibility for delayed re deliveries. If an item is not picked up in the specified time frame and is subsequently returned to us, you will be required to pay any additional fees to redelivery. Kiddo Karnage is also not responsible for any thefts following confirmation of delivery.
